Ordering from us

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders up to 3,000 stickers, sized 12 sq. inches or less, usually take 3-5 business days for production after you approve your proof. Specialty materials (holographic, glitter, glow-in-the-dark, etc.) may require additional production time. Proofs are usually provided the following business day after placing your order.

Shipping time is usually 2-3 days via USPS Priority in the USA. UPS Ground shipping is usually 2-5 business days. International shipments take longer.

Although we cannot guarantee turnaround times or delivery dates, we will do our best to get your order out in a timely fashion.

Can I split my order into multiple designs?

The prices listed on our website are for a single design. To order multiple designs, you'll need to add them individually to your shopping cart.

Will I get a proof?

Free online proofs are usually ready to view by the following business day. You'll receive an email with a link to your proof approval page. From there, you'll be able to approve or request any changes that need to be made.

Can I change my order after I approved the proof?

Usually not. Once an order gets approved, a lot of preliminary work goes into getting your graphics ready for production. It's important to request any changes prior to proof approval. If you have approved a proof by accident, please contact us immediately at info@rockinstickers.com.

Can I get a sample or proof of my design before ordering?

Proofs will only be provided after an order is placed. We cannot produce any samples of your design since the production time/costs are prohibitive.

Can you rush my order?

It depends on our current production schedule. Contact us and we'll see what we can do.

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@rockinstickers.com and let us know. Since all orders are completely custom, it can't be cancelled once production on it has begun.

Sticker production

How long will my stickers last?

Our white and clear vinyl stickers (as well as our cut vinyl decals) are weatherproof and rated to last up to 5 years outdoors in rain, sun and snow, though they often last longer. We coat the printed stickers with glossy or matte UV laminate to extend their life by offering protection against the elements and light scratches.

Avoid using harsh chemicals such as glass cleaners and solvents on your stickers as they tend to break down the adhesive over time.

Will my stickers be weatherproof?

Yes! Our white and clear vinyl stickers (as well as our cut vinyl decals) will hold up in all kinds of weather. We coat the printed stickers with a glossy UV or matte UV laminate to give them extra durability and longevity.

What types of materials do you use?

We print our stickers on high-quality white or clear vinyl and add glossy UV or matte UV lamination. For our cut vinyl decals, we use a high-quality white or black vinyl.

Can you print on the back of the stickers (aka back-printing)?

We can't print directly to the back of our stickers since the ink won't adhere to the silicone coating. It's possible for us to print some labels that can be applied to the backs of the stickers if needed. Contact us at info@rockinstickers.com for details and a quote.

Can you split the backs of the stickers (aka crack-n-peel)?

We do not offer split backs or crack-n-peel at this time.

Artwork

What file formats do you accept?

We recommend AI, EPS, PDF or PSD file formats whenever possible. However, we can also use JPG, PNG, SVG and TIFF files. Please note that TIFF files will need the .tiff extension instead of the .tif extension to upload properly.

We recommend uploading vector files if your artwork was created in vector format, otherwise, we recommend using a resolution of at least 300 pixels per inch for bitmapped images.

Note that JPG and PNG files are usually saved at monitor resolution (72 pixels per inch), which is 4 to 5 times less than 300 pixels per inch. To offset this, consider making your JPG and PNG files 4 to 5 times larger than the final size they'll be printed at.

Fonts should be no smaller than 5pt in size to print clearly, although possibly larger for thin, decorative or serif fonts.

Should my file be in CMYK for RGB color format?

We recommend submitting your files in CMYK color format. CMYK will give you a more accurate representation of what your artwork will look like in print. However, you can submit files in RGB color format and we'll convert them to CMYK for you.

What resolution should my file be?

We recommend that your files be at least 300 pixels per inch (300 ppi or 300dpi). If your image is at 72 pixels per inch (or 72 dpi), it will need to be 4 to 5 times larger to have the equivalent resolution.
